RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund for Defective Item
All products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if the product is defective (but suggest contact us for replacement to avoid any returning hassle); Product must be in good condition in their original packaging without broken or missing parts, or extra fees will be charged. Please kindly note that OCGHARDWARE will not be responsible for any lost if return product is lost or stolen during delivery/transit. 


Defective , wrong item, wrong quantity or incorrect package was sent. But we would love to send the replacement if you contact cs@ocghardware.com with the following info: clear pictures of the defective, wrong items or incorrect package and the shipping label. If customer don not want the replacement, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Step to return
Step 1. Check if the product qualifies the return requirement above;
Step 2. Submit a return request by emailing to cs@ocghardware.com with your order number and the detailed problem you are encounter.
Step 3. Once the request is approved, please ship the product to the address we offered and notice us the tracking number.
We will issue refund once we get the product. The refund will be credit to the original payment methods in 24 hours.

Important Note: Please do not return any product directly to the package address. Returns are required to send to the address we provided. No refund will be issued if the product is sent back to the package address or without approval.
